Wallick Communities HQ

Wallick Communities is a service provider who has been providing thousands of fixed-income seniors and low-income families safe homes for over 50 years. Wallick Communities moved their Headquarters to New Albany, Ohio with a desire to create a healthier environment for their employees. The owner’s wanted their new office to be highly focused on wellness, collaboration, and ease of mobility for the worker.

To help accommodate these desires, the King team worked closely with Folpe Designs to develop flexible open office spaces, huddle rooms, collaboration spaces, a conference center, and a 1,000 sq ft café. To increase employee wellness, all the workstations were outfitted with a variety of ergonomic options. Each group of desks had either a small touch down area or a collaboration space to provide employees with a more private space to work in groups or one on one. The large café was designed to function as an eating area and as a collaborative third space. The result was an office space that enhanced both the employee experience and increased productivity!
