Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority

We completed the renovation of 41,000 sq ft. for the headquarters of Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority. The renovation was for 3 levels and consisted of 9 drop down offices, 10 customized VP offices, a 4-person C-Suite, 8 conference rooms and over 10 collaboration and lounge areas including two cafés and an outdoor terrace.

King worked alongside the Architect & Design partner to select products and finishes that aligned with the CMHA brand and culture. Employee wellness is important to CMHA and this is shown by their 3rd floor gym, outdoor terrace and customized offices to each user. Working alongside many trades and in communication with the construction team, King was able to complete the renovation through phased installing, allowing each level to be used while the others were still underway.
