We wanted to let you know what the King Book Club will be reading this April. This month’s book has a disruptive title and challenges our perceptions as designers, space planners, and patients. Many of us have had a bad experience at a doctor’s office and while the Healthcare industry knows this is a problem, they often overlook their employee’s happiness and wellbeing. The authors of the book assert that in order to care for patients, the healthcare industry must find a way to maintain and engage their teams through crafting purpose and equipping them with the tools they need to succeed.
