The Michael B. Coleman Government Center opened early 2018 to serve as the City of Columbus’ “One Stop Shop”, housing four City departments: Building & Zoning Services, Public Service, Development and a portion of Public Utilities
Working with Schooley Caldwell, we provided the furniture and flooring for the 8-Story, 180,000 square foot building. We furnished 479 Workstations, 81 Private Offices, 21 Conference Rooms, 1 Executive Boardroom, 1 Hearing Room/Lecture Hall, and multiple commons areas. Spaces for each department were defined with pops of red, yellow, orange and green being brought into the workstations and seating throughout.
