When service is needed, our Service and Warranty Team is just a call away. Our team members are experienced at troubleshooting customer needs and solving them per the manufacturer’s warranty.

After your service item has been inspected, we will quickly inform you as to how it can be repaired. Our team will review with you the warranty process and provide a cost and time estimate. Most often, our products carry full coverage of both parts and labor. In the event there is a charge, our team will review that with you for approval.

    Zero Punch List

    At the end of each project, your Project Manager will do a thorough walkthrough in coordination with the design firm and document any punch items. The PM will order parts needed to complete the punch list, then return to site to take care of items in a timely manner.

    Service & Maintenance

    To keep your product functioning at its best, our service team is available to do a preventive maintenance check on furniture items purchased from King before your warranty runs out! By proactively inspecting chairs, drawers and other moving parts, the service technicians at King can order and install new parts as needed before your warranty expires. We believe this performance inspection keeps your facility looking and working in top condition for the life of your product.
